For ACPI we missed to pm_runtime_enable() call which is required to tell PM core that runtime on this device is enabled now. Since this is common to both PCI and APCI move it out. [alsa-devel] [PATCH] ASoC: samsung: Fix IISMOD setting in i2s_set_sysclk()

In the i2s_set_sysclk() callback we are currently clearing all bits of the IISMOD register when clk_id is SAMSUNG_I2S_CDCLK and dir is SND_SOC_CLOCK_OUT. It's due to an incorrect mask used for the AND operation and breaks the I2S interface operation when we attempt to use the CDCLK output clock. It fixes commit a5a56871f804edac93a53b5e871c0e9818fb9033 ("ASoC: samsung: add support for exynos7 I2S controller") and restores sound support for Odroid X2/U3. Hey, I've done some work on the community generated "alsa state" file for Baytrail tablets, and shrunk it massively: https://github.com/AdamWill/baytrail-m/blob/master/alsa/t100_B.state Are there any tools, or hints as to how I might convert that to an "init" file that alsactl could run to set the default state of the mixer? Or have any Intel folks already done that work? I'll have a few more sound-related questions for that tablet, for which I could do with a few hints as to where to direct the questions/bug reports: - no jack sensing support (driver problem?) - left/right headphones output is inverted (another driver bug?) - HDMI audio is not detected (Intel video driver bug?) wm8960 codec has a wm8960_data struct which has two fields shared_lrclk and capless. The wm8960_data is get from platform_data and it is reasonable to set it from device tree when platform_data is null. And when shared_lrclk is set, LRCM will be enabled. But the following software reset in wm8960_probe will reset it to the default state. So LRCM operation should after software reset.
