ucm: fix st_mode check for symbolic links

alsa-project/alsa-lib pull request #249 was opened from stephan-gh: The file type in the st_mode field is not encoded as unique bits but as an enumerator. Checking if some bits of S_IFLNK are set does not work correctly because it happens to evaluate to true for regular files as well. The POSIX man page suggests using the following approach to check the file type: if ((sb.st_mode & S_IFMT) == S_IFLNK) Alternatively, there is a S_ISLNK() macro to check this more easily. Make use of the latter so that readlink() is only called on actual symbolic links and not regular files. This makes audio work again with slightly older alsa-ucm-conf versions or alternative top-level configurations that do not make use of symlinks. [PATCH] soundwire: qcom: fix max auto-enumeration devices

Controller only supports up to max of 1-11 device ids via auto-enumeration, and it has only those many registers. In the existing code, we can protentially cross this boundary and read incorrect registers. [PATCH] ASoC: core: Exit all links before removing their components

Flows leading to link->init() and link->exit() are not symmetric. Currently the relevant part of card probe sequence goes as: for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) for_each_rtd_components(rtd, i, component) component->probe() for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) for_each_rtd_dais(rtd, i, dai) dai->probe() for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) rtd->init() On the other side, equivalent remove sequence goes as: for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) for_each_rtd_dais(rtd, i, dai) dai->remove() for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) for_each_rtd_components(rtd, i, component) component->remove() for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) rtd->exit() what can lead to errors as link->exit() may still operate on resources owned by its components despite the probability of them being freed during the component->remove(). This change modifies the remove sequence to: for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) rtd->exit() for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) for_each_rtd_dais(rtd, i, dai) dai->remove() for_each_card_rtds(card, rtd) for_each_rtd_components(rtd, i, component) component->remove() so code found in link->exit() is safe to touch any component stuff as component->remove() has not been called yet. This series is a preparatory cleanup of the jz4740-i2s driver before adding support for a new SoC. The last two patches lift unnecessary restrictions on sample rates and formats -- the existing ones appear to be derived from the limitations of the JZ4740's internal codec and don't reflect the actual capabilities of the I2S controller. I'm unable to test the series on any JZ47xx SoCs, but I have tested on an X1000 (which is the SoC I'll be adding in a followup series).
