alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf pull request #246 was edited from junocomp: This enables the speakers from startup, detects the HDMI audio and enables the internal microphone. I have tested this on 3 devices with Debian now and it seems to work. Can other people test it too please. If it works, it will be worth pushing it upstream. [PATCH] slimbus: qcom-ctrl: fix possible memory leak in qcom_slim_probe()

The kfree() should be called to free ctrl->wr_comp when something fails, we should also free it in qcom_slim_remove(), otherwise there will be a memory leak, so use devm_kcalloc instead of kcalloc to fix it. This series sets straight the usage of power supply properties for the rt5682 and rt5682s audio codecs. These properties were already being used by sc7180-trogdor.dtsi (and derived DTs like sc7180-trogdor-kingoftown.dtsi). We start by documenting the power supplies that are already in use and then add few others that were missing to the bindings. Then we update the drivers to also support the new supplies. Document the qcom,apr compatible, used by Qualcomm Asynchronous Packet Router driver. There are no upstream DTSes using this compatible - instead we have ones with APRv2 (qcom,apr-v2). The driver does not make distinction between both compatibles, which raises the question whether the compatible is really needed. Document it (as compatible with v2) for completeness. These audio codecs are used in sound bars and digital TVs, and benefit from off-loading to a DSP. In particular, Dolby Atmos and MPEG-H 3D audio spatialization is done in dedicated DSPs. For bus-based driver, device removal is implemented as: device_remove() => bus->remove() => driver->remove() Driver core needs no feedback from bus driver about the result of remove callback. In which case, commit fc7a6209d571 ("bus: Make remove callback return void") forces bus_type::remove be void-returned. Now we have the situation that both 1st & 2nd part of calling chain are void returned, so it does not make much sense for the last one (driver->remove) to return non-void to its caller. So the basic idea behind this patchset is making remove() callback of any bus-based driver to be void returned.
