Some DMICs need clock to be running for a specified duration as per the DMIC spec to complete the mode transition like sleep to normal, off to normal etc. This series add a mode-switch delay which will prevent the clock from being turned off without complying with manufacturer timing specifications. Also introduces a module parameter for the wakeup_delay parameter. v1: First patch set v2: 1). Removed ACPI device entry since a) The DMIC vendor doesn't have an ACPI vendor ID b) The ACPI enumeration creates one more device and conflicts with the existing skl.c dmic platform device registration. 2). Updated commit message v3: Updated commit message and introduced module param for wakeup_delay v4: Addressed parameter name to align with existing parameter. [alsa-devel] [RFC PATCH] ASoC: Intel: Skylake: fix Kconfigs, make HDaudio codec optional

The Skylake driver currently has a set of problems supporting load/unload modules. We need to make the HDaudio codec support optional to help narrow down the issues. Support for HDaudio codecs also leads to a Kconfig issue. We want the hdac_hda codec to be compilable independently of Skylake (e.g. with ALL_CODECS) but when Skylake is selected as built-in the hdac_hda codec needs to use the same option due a a code dependency Solve both problems by adding a user-selectable boolean Kconfig, select HDAC_HDA as needed and make the HDaudio codec support in the Skylake driver optional. Tests on a Chell Chromebook device without HDaudio show no regression for speaker and HDMI playback. This is submitted as an RFC to allow for comments and more validation. While testing Mark's for-next branch on Chromebooks, 3 problems were exposed a. the search loop for ACPI IDs is broken on SKL/KBL which are the most advanced users of quirks. This is embarrassing since it's been broken for a very very long time and those platforms have been stuck in time with 3.18 and 4.4 kernels. b. the change I personally made to use a common interface for machine driver didn't work either for all the Chromebooks using information on dmic number. My bad. c. the change to use the common interface also missed the fact that the Skylake driver passed the information using drv_data instead of platform_data as done by the Atom and SOF drivers. The third patch aligns the Skylake driver with the two others. We should now have no dependencies between machine and platform drivers, which will help reuse the same code. Remove directly accessing device_node.type pointer and use the accessors instead. This will eventually allow removing the type pointer. Replace the open coded iterating over child nodes with for_each_child_of_node() while we're here. This patch adds a new PCI subsys ID for the ZxR, as found and tested by other users. Without a way to know if any Z's use it as well, it keeps the quirk of QUIRK_SBZ and goes through the HDA subsys test function.
