Hi all, I have a problem with an application that worked OK on a RME Madi but now is failing with a 9652. It fails calling to snd_pcm_hw_params_set_channels . With the 9652 i'm getting an error -22 "invalid argument", with any number of channels (I understand it should be 24 ?) Any idea? With the auto-parser we can choose the dac nid for vmaster from the DACs we already know, instead of hard-coding it. This is more future-proof and was actually wrong on one machine. For the Asus 1101HA, reporting position by reading the DMA position buffer map seems unstable and often wrong. The reporter says that position_fix=LPIB works much better (although not 100%, but this is probably due to other issues).
