Could you retest with the latest? I tried to fix the avail_min issue here:

I would be pleased! But can you tell me which commands to run? I don't see a "clone" URL. Also, briefly, how do I install it under a PREFIX, how do I make sure that the installed versions of the libraries get used when I run the commands,..
