I have some more fix about you scripts. But now I got in some problem 
with ct-ng build.
It will download a empty file for binutils-2.25.1.
In my host and docker, there all have the same problem.
 From the log they want to download from
http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/devel/binutils/binutils-2.25.1.tar.xz

Could you try if these URL is OK from you side?
This will go to a error page ever in my browser.

I think there are some more Internet issues here.
