Add a quirk for laptop Toshiba Satellite C650D to have proper external HP and
external Mic support.

Hi,

Apparently Greg Alexander did a great job of enhancing suport for CX20585 and
CX20582 codecs as a side effect of his CXT5066_IDEAPAD quirk. Maybe we should
generalize this to all CX2058x codecs.

In attachment, alsa-info output before and after using model=ideapad. I also
tried model=olpc-xo-1_5, but Mic didn't work at all with it.

Patch is on top of for-next, but should be pretty obvious to apply otherwise.
