[Sound-open-firmware] thesof/crosstool-NG: Request to change makefile to regard common tool as dependencies

So first of all, is it possible to regard those tools(autoconf, automake, gcc, gdb etc.) as dependencies? That means whether we can replace them by built-in commands in host such as in Clear Linux?
