[Sound-open-firmware] [PATCH 2/4] interrupt: enable layer 2 interrupt support

Make it possible to support layer 2 (e.g. external level 2/3/4,
which may include up to 16/32 sources) interrupt, which may be
used for timer/IPC/DMAC/SSP...
