It's the other way around I think, The Z34xx has two cores limited to
500MHz, in the initial phone designs the Tangier SoC ran faster - can't
remember the details. For the audio IP there are no changes I believe
and it's very similar to Baytrail. The main differences are pci/acpi/sfi
which provides endless ways to make mistakes or miss issues.
