This patch series has been rebased on top of for-next branch of
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/sound.git
I'll rebase the DT patches on top of next/dt64 of
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/krzk/linux-dt.git and
driver changes on top of for-next of broonie/sound.git
