[PATCH v2 18/27] ALSA: hda/cs8409: Move codec properties to its own struct

From: Lucas Tanure <tanureal at opensource.cirrus.com>

To accommodate move, cs42l42_resume has been added to mirror
the existing function cs42l42_suspend.
Function cs42l42_reset is no longer required, since cs42l42_resume
and cs42l42_suspend perform the same operations.
