BTW, at the next time when you resubmit a patch, please put "v2" or
such prefix in the subject, e.g.
  [PATCH v2] ALSA: usb-audio: ....

Also, putting the changed points from the previous revision in the
patch description (or after the line "---") would be helpful, too.
