Hi,

This patchset includes some fixes to support Alesis MasterControl.
Like Alesis iO 14/26, MasterControl supports two ports for tx isoc
communication (PCM/MIDI capture) and one port for rx isoc
communication (PCM/MIDI playback) as well.
