All these aren't still upstreamed nor supported AFAIK.

Through a quick glance, two Pod HD quirks seem better fitting with
line6 driver instead of snd-usb-audio, I guess.  The rest two for
Denon and Yamaha can be applied.

Care to just submit these two patches?
