[alsa-devel] Add Thinkpad dock support for ALC298

Hi Takashi,
 
ThinkPad for ALC298 platform need to support dock device.
This patch will enable it.
But It need to use SSID for the quirk table.
Because IdeaPad also has ALC298 platform.
Use verb for the quirk table will confuse it.
