[alsa-devel] [PATCH 3/7] ASoC: intel: bxt: Constify hw_constraints

snd_pcm_hw_constraint_list(), *_ratnums() and *_ratdens() receive the
const pointers. Constify the corresponding static objects for better
hardening.
