Ah, since folks acked and reviewed the rest of part, I felt we can merge the
big pile while I started changing the sysfs files, so sent the rest :)
This is basic IO patch series so stuff still works without the sysfs parts.
The second series has audio streaming parts that is yet to be published so
there is _still_ a lot of work left for soundwire and this is just a start.

Sorry to disappoint but this series does not have any sysfs files. All the
sysfs file were in the sysfs patch which is now getting reworked as we speak
and added with ABI documentation. I should be able to post those in next
couple of days.
