[alsa-devel] [Patch V2] ASoC: max98357a: Add missing deps and headers

Add missing build dependancy to GPIOLIB in Kconfig.
Add header files to avoid implicit declarations
and indirect inclusions.  Remove use of DRV_NAME
constant.
