[alsa-devel] usb sound cannot get frequency from enpoind

hi all:
My kernel is 3.8.0.
and when I plug in "microsoft LifeCam", I get message at the end of
mail about cannot get min/max values from camera.
is there any usb audio class initial sequence we need to check when
this message pop out?
