As Clemens already pointed, if the application itself refers to the
timestamp and compares with the own timestamp by CLOCK_MONOTONIC,
using CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW would break. So we cannot replace it with
CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW silently, unfortunately.
