Hi!

Apparently there were several more bugs in the HDMI channel mapping 
code, so here you go.

I haven't marked any for stable since these don't really affect the
regular layouts that much and the patches aren't that trivial. If you
want to pick some for stable, my suggestions are 1, 5, 6, maybe 3
(those I initially marked for stable until I changed my mind).
