Looks like the BIOS already sets it right, judging from your old
alsa-info.sh output. Are you sure that you are using the latest version?
There shouldn't be any "Surround" volume for your device at all.
Something must be wrong, either I'm seeing a completely different thing,
or the driver isn't properly set up on your system.
Please give the alsa-info.sh output with the latest status.
