[alsa-devel] missing control in alsamixer capture for CA0110-IBG

Nowhere.  There is no change in the ca0110 code.

This is most likely a side effect due to communication problem with
the codec chip.  There is something strange in the Creative HD-audio
part which is different from other chips...
