[alsa-devel] Backported sbxfi driver (UNTESTED!)

Sorry for the multiple posts, but once I rmmod snd-sbxfi, running mixer
does fine. It seems if I have snd-sbxfi loaded and I run alsamixer, it
locks the entire system.
