[alsa-devel] "Help to debug" in ALSA wiki

Hi all,

	I would like to introduce "Help to debug" link in the ALSA wiki. 
The primary motivation is to provide information to users what we need to 
know to help us to debug things. Also next information is for potential 
developers to debug our code providing links to hardware specification and 
debug tools.
	Actually, I feel that especially for HDA support information is 
split in a group of main HDA developers, but we are lacking other links 
like how to compile ALSA driver from sources using a distribution or so.
	I would like to ask all developers to add and improve texts in 
this section of wiki, so we can just redirect users there (if required, of 
course).
