The ca0106 driver doesn't support 6-interleved channles but three
streams with two channels for front, rear and C/LFE.  The six channels
are compounded via alsa-lib plugins.

You could pass -Dsurround51 to jack for 5.1 output, I suppose.
Get the newer alsa-lib and jack to work multi plugin correctly with
JACK.
