Ooops, sorry - my bad... :-( I included the wrong line. Try this:
ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device", SYSFS{idProduct}=="8007",
SYSFS{idVendor}=="1604", RUN+="/usr/bin/usx2yloader"
That's better :-)
