No, as far as I'm aware that's not possible,at least not generally. 
Allow for someone correcting me, as I've little experience with capture 
and there will be some cards out there that allow this but generally the 
capture source is a card-global setting.

It's not something that can be done just through software; the card 
needs to provide multiple independent capture sources...
