PM_OPS are set in sof-pci-dev and sof-acpi-dev but the suspend/resume ops are only set for APL at the moment (in apl.c). So they wouldnt actually do anything in the case of BYT.

However, I feel only APL+ platforms can support this feature. So maybe we need to disable this on BYT by default?
