Here I worked out a spec file to fit thesof/crosstool-NG in Clear Linux building environment.

It worked by adding below tar-balls and some changes.

But except for the crosstool-ng and xtensa-overlay, the others are common tool not real source.

Could you change the make file to regard those common tool as dependencies?
