[Sound-open-firmware] [SOF CI] SOF CI Jenkins will be unstable from Jan.13 to Jan.15

Hi all,

sof-ci/jenkins/ will be unstable for few days due to power maintenance in our server room.

Please expect slow feedback and failing test results from Jenkins. Travis and Internal Intel CI System will not be influenced.
