[alsa-devel] Regression in 3.0: oops with module RO/NX in snd_printk when loading snd-hda-intel (gold linker bug?)
Since 3.0.0rc1 I get an oops in alc_auto_parse_customize_define, when it's calling snd_printk, I have module NX/RO enabled, and linked the kernel with gold. the only command I do is 'modprobe snd debug=8; modprobe snd-hda-intel' after init=/bin/bash

The snd_printk() stuff can be nowadays better presented with %pV. Does the patch below work for you?
