Ok, according to what I can tell, you don't have the most recent version of the driver (your original post didn't have an attachement). I do know that the Lenovo support for the ALC861VD was added after 1.0.14rc4 snapshot was made.

Try installing the most recent HG daily snapshot from ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/alsa/snapshot/driver .

If that doesn't fix it, rerun the alsa-info.sh script and repost the new data.
