qlo10k1: remove acinlude.m4 (QT configuration hell) - use PKG_CHECK_MODULES

This breaks the build with Qt installed in the non-standard paths like /opt. Qt provides no pkgconfig files, so it can't be fixed in that way (and this program isn't for Gtk!)

Please revert it.
