[alsa-devel] [PATCH 0/2] SOF dependencies
Two minor patches that are needed to build the rest of the SOF patches which I will post next week after the last round of internal reviews. Submitting them first.
Keyon Jie (1): ALSA: HDA: export process_unsol_events()
Pierre-Louis Bossart (1): ASoC: Intel: common: add ACPI matching tables for ICL

From: Keyon Jie yang.jie@linux.intel.com
The SOF implementation does not rely on the hdac_bus library, however for HDMI and HDaudio codec support it does need to deal with unsolicited events. Instead of re-inventing the wheel, export this symbol to reuse this part of the library directly.

- soc-apci-intel-icl-match.c - tables and support for ICL ACPI enumeration.
Please make the entire block a C++ comment so it looks more intentional.
The patch
ASoC: Intel: common: add ACPI matching tables for ICL
has been applied to the asoc tree at
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/sound.git
All being well this means that it will be integrated into the linux-next tree (usually sometime in the next 24 hours) and sent to Linus during the next merge window (or sooner if it is a bug fix), however if problems are discovered then the patch may be dropped or reverted.
You may get further e-mails resulting from automated or manual testing and review of the tree, please engage with people reporting problems and send followup patches addressing any issues that are reported if needed.
If any updates are required or you are submitting further changes they should be sent as incremental updates against current git, existing patches will not be replaced.
Please add any relevant lists and maintainers to the CCs when replying to this mail.
Thanks, Mark
