[alsa-devel] [PATCH] ASoC: rockchip: Fix an error handling in 'rockchip_i2s_probe'
If this memory allocation fail, we must disable what has been enabled. Do not return immediately but go thrue the error handling path instead.
Also use 'devm_kmemdup' instead of 'devm_kzalloc+memcpy' to simplify code.

The patch
ASoC: rockchip: Fix an error handling in 'rockchip_i2s_probe'
has been applied to the asoc tree at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/sound.git
All being well this means that it will be integrated into the linux-next tree (usually sometime in the next 24 hours) and sent to Linus during the next merge window (or sooner if it is a bug fix), however if problems are discovered then the patch may be dropped or reverted.
You may get further e-mails resulting from automated or manual testing and review of the tree, please engage with people reporting problems and send followup patches addressing any issues that are reported if needed.
If any updates are required or you are submitting further changes they should be sent as incremental updates against current git, existing patches will not be replaced.
Please add any relevant lists and maintainers to the CCs when replying to this mail.

Thanks for taking the patch, but there is a typo in it. A comma is missing as spotted by the kbuild test robot.
I hope that you have seen it and fixed it before applying.
All my patches are normally compile tested. I don't know what has gone wrong for this one. I apologize for the issue.

Ugh, no. Like the mail says this is the patch that got applied. The kbuild tests were against the rockchip tree not mine so i thought this was something else...

I'm really confused for such a ugly proposal !

In a situation like this it's generally best to send a patch, I'll fix though.
