Terrasoniq TS22 (newer revision of TerraTec PHASE 22) might do it for you. Almost anything Envy24-series based will offer what you want. Not sure how you would check that it actually works, though.

A project I'm working on using linux & alsa requires a higher than normal sampling rate, not just up-sampling from 48kHz.
I wonder whether anyone here can recommend a sound card that's capable of recording a single stereo input at 96kHz sample rate (16 bits would be sufficient).
Obviously it needs to be properly supported by alsa...
