infrastructure

• listing all STAC9460 registers in proc
• disabling mpu401 device for Prodigy192 - otherwise the currently

flawed mpu401 code hangs kernel when opening the midi device

• removing old unused commented-out code

Though, the change to ak4xxx-adda isn't elegant as you noticed. The whole codec-dependent codes in ice1724 should be cleaned up later...
