Ok, that seems to be identical to the BOSS JS-8 layout, so it can be handled by the generic audio driver. Can you try the attached patch? Make sure you apply it against the most recent ALSA tree found in the git repository at git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound-2.6.git.
