Change the way the debugfs entries are created: If the codec->dev is valid, than use: debugfs/asoc/{codec->name}.{dev_name(codec->dev)}/
if the codec->dev is NULL: debugfs/asoc/{codec->name}/
as root for the debugfs entries.
