[alsa-devel] [SAMPLE 0/4] ASoC: don't use rtd->codec

4. sample of don't use rtd->codec
5. sample of convert Platform into Component
6. sample of convert Codec into Component

These are sample of "don't use rtd->codec". Some sound card is using rtd->codec, but it will be removed. rtd->codec is same as rtd->codec_dai->codec, thus, this patch will replace it into rtd->codec_dai->component
