This patch is against git://git.alsa-project.org/alsa-kernel.git master (currently e38d6d3, ALSA: hda - Add Dell headset detection quirk for three laptop models, 2013-12-13), but I imagine it will apply cleanly to any recent branch. I'm happy to fill in any other information folks want, in case there's uncertainty about whether it's just a one-off quirk for my hardware instance, or if it's a general quirk for all 1043:115d devices.

It's a white list usually for a BIOS shortcoming, and it's safe to keep this even if a later BIOS fixed the issue. So I added Cc to stable, too.
