[alsa-devel] alsa-lib,alsa-ucm-conf 1.2.1.2 release

it is a quick bug fix release for the alsa-lib package. A few next UCM problems were fixed in the code. You may download the package from the ALSA website http://www.alsa-project.org or directly from the FTP server ftp://ftp.alsa-project.org/pub .
