This update will avoid wrong behavior for some codec. This patch will fix double setup for EAPD. It just need to turn on by one site for verb command or hidden register controlled.

I found that there is one caller of alc889_coef_init(), so I modified it accordingly, too. Also fixed typos in the changelog, and edited a bit, then applied to git tree.
