[alsa-devel] How to download and install patch for ICS-43432 codec driver

I am new to developing with ALSA. I have a situation where I need to use ICS-43432 MEMS microphone with a TMS320DM365 processor. I wanted to know if I could download the patch for ICS-43432 codec driver: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.alsa.devel/143442.
