[alsa-devel] topic/hda-mst branch merged to for-next

JFYI,

I merged topic/hda-mst branch to for-next branch for wider testing. It means that this will be included in 4.6.

I'll keep topic/hda-mst branch for a while, but for future patches, it might be better to based on for-next branch.
