So, ive been attempting to sort out a mixer issue on the above mentioned laptop..with no success as yet.
Ive had the user try EVERY available model option for the codec, and have all the results, as follows:

Still, the mixer seems dead, and no sound is heard from the card.. Please advise any specific thing i should be looking for in order to fix this.. Im running out of ideas...
