alsa-gobject: add Python 3 sample scripts

PyGObject is a loader for GObject Introspection in Python 3 runtime. This patchset adds Python 3 sample scripts to use ALSACtl, ALSAHwdep, ALSARawmidi, ALSATimer, and ALSASeq loaded by PyGObject.
